Whether you’re navigating intimacy challenges, spiritual conflicts, or simply seeking deeper connection, I walk beside you – offering gentle guidance, evidence-based support, and wholehearted encouragement every step of the way.

After earning a post-graduate degree in Theology and working within Christian Ministry, I witnessed a silent epidemic: countless couples – especially within faith-based communities – were suffering in their intimate lives, too afraid or ashamed to ask for help. At the same time, I was wrestling with my own struggles: pelvic pain, disconnection, and a longing for true sexual pleasure.

Determined to find answers, I spent a small fortune on doctors and specialists, firmly believing that this could not be all that there was! Thankfully I was right! Eventually I pursued formal training in sexology through accredited institutions in the USA, becoming certified by AASECT (The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists). What I discovered was life-changing, and desperately needed by so many in South Africa, yet rarely spoken about.

That’s what led me to open my practice: a safe, welcoming space for individuals and couples across South Africa and beyond to explore sexuality and relationships without shame. I remain a lifelong learner, continually updating my knowledge through ongoing training, peer collaboration and supervision sessions, and the latest research.

I believe sexuality is not only a natural part of being human – it’s a sacred one. Through a holistic, heart-centered and science based approach to sexual wellness, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, release shame, and experience the fullness of intimacy in alignment with their values and their own personal journey. There is no one right way to experience pleasure, but there is a right way for you, and together we will find it.
